  Sales person lied, and did not submit my order correctly, i was to get the buy one get one free promotion, I waited the the 6 weeks as instructed. no check. called tmoble, they told me it was never submitted and the promo is over. i got beat for $750.00. go somewhere else for you phone purchase!

  Very helpful and friendly, we came to the t-mobile store wanting to switch from Verizon. The associates were quick and helpful with switching us over. Answers every question plus more. Even when switching over my old phone (HTC m8) I had forgotten that I had a micro sd card in the phone. A week later they sent me the chip in the mail with out me calling or even asking.
