  terrible poorly trained staff, and terrible customer service. Sunny is not sold a mattress they sent the wrong quality of box springs on the delivery. then when we were unhappy within their return policy returned it. we even went into the store to make sure it was all taken care off he promised to call to schedule a pick up and once again he lied. As there where suppose to schedule today and we have not gotten a call. I would never buy from them again, terrible customer service and follow through

  Was just browsing because I was in the market but wound up purchasing a memory foam mattress and one for my son. Rachael helped us and was great! She patiently asked questions and qualified our needs because we weren't familiar with all the technical features that are the standard nowadays. Thank you guys!!
