  As a wholesale store, the price doesn't get any cheaper. The meat section is always fresh and priced well, making Costco the best place to 'stock up' on items. However, the store has a strong tendency to move items around to make sure you have to look for the items you want, leaving room for impulse buying if the customer is not careful. This would be fine, and not an uncommon practice, if some items didn't stop getting stocked, leaving the customer to look through the entire store for an item that no longer exists. As a whole-sale store, I'd imagine the company is no longer able to stock the item at an affordable whole-sale price, but coupling this with a constant rotation of shelves and no notification where the item was once stocked leaves the consumer going through every aisle, only to find out from customer service the item is no longer stocked.
